Mathew Cazalet is yet again concocting a fabulous tool that will be very useful for Share My Energy. Thanks to him several avatars will be able to follow a leading one. This will prevent a lot of problems linked to the machine lag or our actors and make for smoother action. Are we happy? You bet!

Mathew Cazalet nous concocte à nouveau un merveilleux outil qui sera très utile pour Share My Energy. Grâce à lui plusieurs avatars vont pouvoir suivre un chef. Cet outil va nous résoudre un tas de problèmes liés au lag propre aux ordinateurs personnels de nos acteurs et donner un rendu de la scène plus souple. Alors heureux? Absolument !

While we busy ourselves on the machinimas for Shanghai we are getting ourselves ready for the 48h machinima event. This event, is to start on September 17 and copies handed over on September 19. The machinima must of course tell an original story  but must also follow a theme, use a prop and deliver a specific line of dialog.

These three points will be revealed on September 17. Although their is not much we can do concerning the story, this doesn't mean we must not prepare ourselves.

The team is slowly building up and we welcome new talents. The first newcomer is Yesikita Coppola. She will be working in post-production on the facial expressions. Yesikita is a machinitographer, making machinimas with a truly interesting ring to them.

As 48h will just not be enough for us to build sets we are also very grateful to the sim owners and managers who have agreed that we shoot on their location should the theme permit. Check them out in the Possible Location page. Each sim has it's own feel and beautiful in it's own theme. Do take time to visit them (don't forget the visitor's tag in RP zones).

Tout en nous concentrant sur les machinimas pour Shanghai, nous nous préparons pour l'évenement Un machinima en 48h. Cet événement démarre le 17 septembre et la copie doit être rendue le 19. Le machinima doit bien sûr raconter une histoire originale mais aussi suivre un thème, utiliser un accessoire et livrer une ligne de dialogue spécifique.

Ces trois derniers points seront révélés le 17 septembre. Bien que nous ne puissions pas faire grand chose concernant l'histoire, cela ne veut pas dire que nous devont rester les bras croisés.

L'équipe se monte petit à petit et nous accueillons de nouveaux talents. La première nouvelle venue est Yesikita Coppola. Yesikita sera en post-prod à travailler sur les expressions faciales. Yesikita est aussi machinimatographe et fait des petits films dont la tonalité est vraiment intéressante.

48h ne seront vraiment pas suffisantes pour que nous construisions nos décors aussi sommes-nous très reconnaissants aux propriétaires et gérants de sims qui ont accepté que nous tournions chez eux si le thème le permet. Vous les trouverez dans la page Possible Location. Chaque sim a sa propre atmophère et est tout simplement magnifique dans son thème.
